Legend of Baboo announced at Xbox partner show
We are excited to announce the Legend of Baboo, an action-adventure game where you play as Sepehr and his adorable dog, Baboo! The game is being developed at Permanent Way Studio and published by Midwest Games. It is coming in 2025 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Steam. Watch the announcement trailer:
Sepehr has a magical staff to fend off enemies, and with the help of Baboo’s abilities, they are a force to be reckoned with. You must pass through difficult passages and fight demonic creatures to save your family and the world. An ancient evil has invaded the world and unleashed hordes of demons. The world is shrouded in darkness, and it’s your duty to fend off these creatures and save the world.
Fight with demonic bosses and strengthen the bond with Baboo through an RPG-inspired skill tree, travel through fantastical places and colorful environments, and experience an epic story. There is Baboo himself, your best friend in times of hardship; you can ride Baboo, climb mountains, swing and jump with him, use his super bark ability, and, of course, pet him. Use your experience to unlock new abilities and strengthen your defensive and offensive abilities.
